Reflections – Voices of English Learners is a compilation of stories, poems and art written by Literacy Council students with their newly learned English skills. The inaugural edition on this new literary magazine was celebrated at an event hosted by Curious Iguana in downtown Frederick, Maryland, where Literacy Council supporters heard students read from their work.
