We are excited to announce our 60th Anniversary ribbon cutting on International Literacy Day, Friday, September 8th at 10 a.m. The Ribbon Cutting is hosted by the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce for elected officials, Board of Directors members, staff and friends of the Literacy Council in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Council’s founding in 1963.
